The flow of staff competence was lacking. Scheduling changed, billing changed, followup care info was conflicting. Turning the music up in the waiting room does NOT erase the sounds of a screaming patient. Negative comments being said in front of patients is unprofessional. Overall, Dr F gave excellent care, staff did not.
